Inboard
Inboard is an electric skateboard with a top speed of 22mph and a battery range of 10 miles that had swapable batteries and regenerative braking that can be controlled with a bluetooth paired controller.
I was responsible for production of inboard while in San Francisco. I created work instructions, tooling, fixtures, time trials, and improved on production efficencies.
Manufacture Engineer
I dealt with many of the trouble shootings involve with bringing a new product to market. Everything from assembly issues to manfacturing issues. Creating positive relationships and results along the way.
Trouble shooting.
The boards were tested and validated on a Dyno before going out to a customer with full Quality Assurance checklist procedures in house. Confidence in a well developed procduct!
